小姐

小 (little) + 姐 (older sister). 'Miss' — a respectful term for young women.
In today's China, 小姐 can carry negative connotations in some contexts (linked to sex work), so 女士 (nǚshì) or 姑娘 (gūniang) is preferred in some circles. In the service and tourism sector, though, it's used without issue.
