没 (not) + 关系 (relation). Literally 'there's no relation' — it doesn't matter, no harm done.
A common reply to an apology. You can also say 没事 (méi shì, 'no problem') or 没什么 (méi shénme, 'it's nothing'). A very handy phrase to reassure someone.
