我 (I) + 们 (plural suffix). It forms the plural 'we'.
The suffix 们 attaches to pronouns (我们, 你们, 他们) and to nouns for people (朋友们, friends). It's not used for animals or things. It's the only way to mark the plural explicitly in Chinese.
